I could still barely recall how I was groping when I started working in the call industry. Everything seems to be unfamiliar and I am quite unsure about my abilities then. To compenstae for this, I looked for ways on how I could hone my English skill. I try to read as many English books as possible, since I know that it would broaden my vocabulary and would also help me in constructing sentences.
